Submission

Papers must be unpublished and must not be submitted for publication elsewhere. All papers will be reviewed by Program Committee members and other experts active in the field to ensure high quality and relevance to the conference. Submissions should include author information, abstract, 5-10 keywords, and be in PDF format. For "publication" in the conference proceedings, all accepted and invited papers are limited to Twenty (20) pages but not less than Ten (10) full pages. However, each page in excess of Twelve (12) will incur an additional charge of 50USD. It is imperative to prepare the paper using the standard template (Microsoft Word Template or LaTeX Template).

The full papers must be written in English. All the tables and figures in the paper should be original and un-published, or authors must submit Permission Request Form for publication purpose. (If third-party materials are used in your final paper, it is required by Springer that authors should obtain permission from third-party. Learn about Third-Party Permissions: https://www.springernature.com/gp/policies/editorial-policies/third-party-permissions.

Submission Method
Online submission system or via email icslt@chairmen.org in PDF format.

Prospective authors are invited to submit original technical papers by the deadline, for publication in the International proceedings and for oral presentation during the conference. Official language is English in paper writing and presenting. Any submission must not have been, or will not be published elsewhere or submitted to another conference before the review notification date of this conference. All submissions will be peer-reviewed based on originality, technical quality and presentation. All papers are reviewed using a single-blind review process: authors declare their names and affiliations in the manuscript for the reviewers to see, but reviewers do not know each other's identities, nor do the authors receive information about who has reviewed their manuscript. .

Plagiarism
Papers will be reviewed on the basis that they do not contain plagiarized material and have not been submitted to any other conference at the same time (double submission). These matters are taken very seriously and the publisher will take action against any author who has engaged in either practice.

Review process
ICSLT welcomes the submission of application papers with preference to the topics listed in the call for papers. All submitted papers will undergo a thorough review process; and the peer review will be based on relevance, originality, significance, quality and clarity. ICSLT follows a single-blind review process. Authors are required to include their names and affiliations in their papers as illustrated in the sample templates. Your PDF file must not include paper id, page number & conference name.
